Feeling burdened by the cold weather that leads to inertia and too much comfort food? It’s time to start eating healthy and feeling good again!  I will be offering 2 new vegetarian cookery classes for the Spring in the Burren.  These are hands on cookery classes where from the first night you are in the kitchen prepping, cooking, baking and creating delicious whole meals from the freshest ingredients. For example, last Fall the Boghill students learned how to cook Thai Pumpkin Soup, Quinoa Croquettes with a mushroom cream sauce ( totally gluten and dairy free), vegan chocolate cake, lentil dinner loaf with soy gravy, the perfect pie crust and a whole lot more. The class is an intensive, fun way to meet others who are also interested in  learning how to cook healthy, fresh foods in a supportive environment. You’ll be planning and creating your Spring picnics, dinner parties and healthier kids lunches in no time!
